Nicole Cooper is the broker-owner of NBC Realty and the go-to real estate resource for buyers and sellers navigating Austin’s private golf communities.

A former University of Texas varsity golfer, Nicole brings something rare to golf lifestyle real estate: firsthand knowledge of the game, the clubs and the communities surrounding them. She has played Austin’s courses, walked the fairways and experienced the distinct culture of the area’s private clubs. That allows her to help clients look beyond the house and answer the questions that matter most:

Does the club fit the way you play? Is the community too formal—or not social enough? How difficult is it to get a tee time? Does the location work for daily life? And will the home protect your investment when it is time to sell?

Her philosophy is simple:

Nicole began her real estate career in 2009 after working as a certified property appraiser. She earned her Texas Broker License in 2014 and has since helped hundreds of clients buy and sell throughout Greater Austin, with a focus on luxury homes, golf course communities, relocation and strategic seller representation.

Her background in property valuation gives clients a significant advantage. Nicole approaches pricing, offers and negotiations with a data-driven mindset, helping buyers avoid overpaying and positioning sellers to maximize their results without relying on hype or guesswork.

Nicole earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Texas. Outside of real estate, she is usually playing golf, kickball, volleyball or pickleball, spending time near the water, traveling or relaxing at home with her dogs, Jameson and Bimini.
