She began her real estate career in 2009 after working as a certified property appraiser and earned her Texas broker license in 2014. In addition to brokerage leadership, Nicole is also a host on American Dream TV, where she features Austin lifestyle, real estate, and local communities. Nicole earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Texas and played on the varsity golf team. She enjoys being on the move…playing golf, kickball, volleyball, pickleball and hitting the beach whenever possible. She adores animals (two dogs - Jameson & Bimini), speaks Spanish mas o menos, loves to cook, to travel and to experience new cultures.
