This week's Monday Market Watch June 1st, 2020...The real estate movement for the City of Austin is as follows. New active listings to the market decreased 5%, pending sales are up 11% and the sold properties remained about the same this week compared to the week prior. The market favors sellers as inventory remains extremely low...too low.
