This week's Monday Market Watch August 31st, 2020 with Nicole Cooper. This video takes into account the entire Austin MLS system which includes Travis County, Hays County, Williamson County, Burnet County and more. It's more of a Central Texas view of what's happening in the real estate market. Average sale price from July 2019 to July 2020 is up 12.5%, months of inventory down 37% to 1.7 months and available listings are down 33%.
